Supported by Belfast City Council, the Cultivate programme successfully brought together 15 prestart and early-stage entrepreneurs on a mission to start and grow purpose-driven businesses that will have a positive impact on the planet, people and communities and help to avert the climate emergency (in its various forms).
Over the course of six months, from October 2024 - April 2025, participants engaged in a dynamic and intensive experience that featured:
Participants were selected based on their commitment to creating positive change and their readiness to launch or scale their venture by October 2025. This fully funded initiative not only equipped entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge and network to thrive, but also reinforced Belfast's growing reputation as a hub for innovation with purpose.
- 4 x momentum workshops centred on a proven start/scale canvas.
- 2 x large-scale summits featuring world-renowned speakers.
- 8 x top-class guest speakers.
- 1 x opportunity to secure a significant cash injection.
