Dr Lollie Mancey
Futurist, Anthropologist & AI Thought-Leader Dr. Lollie Mancey works at the intersection of anthropology, artificial intelligence, sustainability and societal change, helping leaders understand how emerging technologies and human behaviour are shaping the transition to a more resilient future. An internationally acclaimed speaker, futurist and AI thought-leader, she brings academic rigour, entrepreneurial insight and compelling storytelling to one of the defining leadership questions of our time: how do we use innovation and AI to accelerate climate action while keeping people, trust and purpose at the centre? With a PhD in Organisational Learning, Lollie has spent her career helping organisations, policymakers and entrepreneurs navigate complexity, culture and change. She is currently Head of Innovation for InsTech and former Programme Director at University College Dublin’s Innovation Academy. Her work bridges human-centred strategy, technological progress and systems thinking, translating complex shifts in AI, ethics and society into practical insight for leaders seeking to build trust, creativity and resilience in the face of climate and sustainability challenges.
