The climate emergency is code red for humanity. In order to avert an existential crisis, we need planet-conscious leaders in every sector and walk of life. 30 Under 30 is a world-class leadership programme designed to unearth, inspire, and equip 30 ‘exceptional potential leaders’ under the age of 30.  NI has already produced pioneering leaders, this programme will create the next generation. 

6 half-day workshops delivered by internationally-renowned thinkers and leaders who will provide insight, inspiration and impetus allowing participants to return to their organisation, sector or area of interest and affect meaningful, planet-positive change.

Who.

A programme designed for those who want to take positive action on the climate crisis and believe they are a future leader within their organisation, sector or area of interest. The  programme welcomes applications from a broad range of backgrounds, sectors, gender and age (anyone under 30).
