Booking Terms
We are delighted to be welcoming managers and leaders back to an in-person MLN event. We are mindful though that circumstances relating to Covid-19 remain fluid. The following booking terms are designed to give us the best chance of hosting a memorable event whilst being fair with those who place their trust in us. With regard to at-event safety, and in line with government advice, our venue partner, Titanic Belfast has put controls in place to ensure the health and safety of our visitors and crew, as well as ensuring an enjoyable event experience for all. By booking a ticket you agree to adhere to Titanic Belfast’s procedures and the booking terms below.

- Should you be unable to attend the in-person event (for Covid-related or other reasons) then substitute participation will be accepted subject to prior notification to the organisers. Should substitute attendance not be possible then MLN will allow tickets to be rolled over to the MLN SuMMit 2023 or Sustain Exchange 2023. In this circumstance refunds and cancellations will not be possible.
- By registering for the event, delegates give permission for the organiser (Podiem Ltd) to use their data for the purpose of planning and managing the event for which they registered. As well as email you relevant details about the event, upcoming events and news about Sustain Exchange and similar initiatives.
